Return & Refund Policy
At Sarah & David Vancouver, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return a product. This policy explains our return and refund process clearly and transparently.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

A return request can only be submitted after you have physically received the item.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and any customs-related fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

Trying on an item is permitted; however, wearing or using the product is not allowed.

Orders placed intentionally in multiple sizes or variations with the intent to partially return items are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process
Please follow the steps below to ensure a smooth return process:

Submit your return request by emailing info@sarahdavidvancouver.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier.

Ship the item back at your own expense, including any shipping and customs fees.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes track & trace, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Please note that return addresses may be located outside of Canada, depending on the supplier.
Refunds
Once your return has been received at the designated return address and inspected, and provided it meets our return conditions:

The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days

Refunds are processed via the original payment method used at checkout
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Liability & Responsibility

We are not responsible for lost packages when tracking information shows that the order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect shipping address is entered during checkout, responsibility lies with the customer.

Any address corrections must be requested within 24 hours after placing the order.
